About the Job
The Stewardship Coordinator assists in stewarding donors of St. Louis University High. This is a part-time position, reporting to the Sr. Director of Leadership Giving.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage giving tier benefits, events and communication
- Lead the Presidential Scholars Program
- Plan and staff stewardship events
- Maintain donor recognition web pages
- Collaborate with communications department to develop press releases and digital communications
- Oversee stewardship of Endowed Scholarships and Programs including the Scholarship Thank You project and Donor Impact Reports
- Guide the development of expressions of gratitude following major donor events
- Manage and maintain donor recognition on campus
- Assist with grant reporting
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Enthusiasm for the Jesuit Catholic mission of SLUH, including a spirit of openness toward the spirituality that holds the community together
- Effective written, oral and digital communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow through with minimal direction
- Relationship intelligence
- Flexible work style, both collaborative and independent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Demonstrated proficiency in learning new software
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in non-profit fundraising and understanding of development best practices
- Knowledge of Raiser's Edge NXT and Canva preferred
- Keen aesthetic sense in graphic communications, event set-up and expressions of gratitude
