Are you an experienced AutoCAD Designer/Steel Detailer with expertise in 2D/3D design and structural steel detailing? Our client, a key subsidiary of Steel Dynamics, is seeking a talented professional to join their team in Fort Wayne, IN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural design, drafting, and modeling
• Interpret and apply loading diagrams (uplift, snow drift, ponding, etc.)
• Develop Joist/Girder/Deck placement plans and Bills of Material
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other trades
• Ensure the timely and quality delivery of materials

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of steel detailing experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design software
• Skilled in reading and interpreting structural drawings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• AAS degree in Design
