Job Title: Full-Time Operating Engineer

Location: Nabisco/Mondelez Plant, Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot machinery to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards in all operations.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food production.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
