What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding, ensuring residents feel cared for and respected.
• Accurately take and record vital signs to monitor residents’ health.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet residents’ individual needs and goals.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Certification: Current State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification in Ohio.
• Compassion: A caring and empathetic approach that puts residents first.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with residents, families, and team members.
