Wisconsin Licensed HVAC Systems Engineer - Salary up to $150KState of Wisconsin PE or DE Licensed HVAC Systems Engineer: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Systems Engineer with a Wisconsin Professional Engineer (PE) license or a Wisconsin Designer of Engineering Systems (DE) license.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in designing HVAC systems for large commercial buildings.Competitive Pay: Salary is negotiable based on experience, with a maximum of $150,000 per year.US Citizen or Green Card Holder: Applicants must be either a United States citizen or hold a Green Card.In-Office Position: This is not a remote position and requires working in our office located northeast of Madison, WI.Full-Time and Permanent: This is a full-time, permanent position as a W-2 employee with full benefits.No Relocation: Candidates must be local or willing to commute to the northeast of Madison, WI.About the CompanyOur company is a growing commercial HVAC system designer, builder, and servicer.

We believe in promoting from within, and for qualified individuals with an interest in leadership roles, there may be an opportunity to run our design division within the next five years.Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Designing HVAC systems for large-scale commercial buildings using Revit or CAD software.Overseeing HVAC projects from initial concept to final installation.Calculating building load and determining appropriate equipment sizing.Creating installation plans and handling permit applications.Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals throughout the project lifecycle.Required QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:A Wisconsin Professional Engineer license or a Wisconsin Designer of Engineering Systems license.At least four years of experience in designing HVAC systems for large commercial buildings.A passion for engineering and a solid work history.Residency within a 45-minute drive of our office location.
