Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospective and current clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized guidance.
Account Management: Manage client accounts diligently, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
Policy Sales: Efficiently identify opportunities to promote and sell insurance products that best suit client needs.
Customer Service: Offer exceptional support by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive client experience.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Goal Achievement: Align with company sales targets and work towards exceeding monthly and quarterly goals.
Requirements
Licensing: Active State of Michigan Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
