Our Client, a Business Manufacturing and Supply company, is looking for a Staffing - Warehouse Worker for their Eynon, PA location.

Responsibilities:
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
- Loading and unloading trucks, order picking, wrapping products, packing, labeling shipping and receiving.
- Checking and maintaining count accuracy within the warehouse
- Effectively communicate with shift leaders and co-workers from other shifts.
- Clean and maintain work area.
- Operate forklift, trucks, and/or other industrial vehicles.
- Thorough and accurate completion of required paperwork
- Responsible for quality control.
- No damaged product is sent out.
- No damaged raw material is accepted in.
- Stage finished product for loading.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to lift 35lbs. Forklift is required.
- Proven track record on improving processes (lean out the waste).
- Strong understanding of warehouse or manufacturing operations, technologies, training methods, etc.
- Strong understanding of SAP WMS and ERP system
- Experience interacting with Logistics teams
- Proactive, data-based problem solving, ability to effectively deal with ambiguity.
- Focused on processes and able to establish/design, implement, and measure processes effectively.
- Microsoft office suite experience, with proficient Excel skills.
- Able to set and communicate priorities and work in a dynamic business environment.
