We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Staffing and Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Texas. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
• Manage the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all staffing activities.
• Explore and evaluate various staffing software solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure staffing needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Requires 2 years of experience; however, training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Strong clerical and technical skills
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a must.
• Ability to work in-office as needed.
