Staffing Manager - ManTech

About the Job
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Staffing Manager to join our team in the Herndon, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our internal organization, team, and customer.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Managing all program-level resource action items and follow-up, for both ManTech and teammate candidates
+ Validating candidate skills against position requirements
+ Assisting the PMO in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly briefings
+ Managing the contractor resource personnel list (CPRL) for the program
+ Liaising with the program team including the PM, Team Leads, Hiring Managers, Financial Staff and other team members to ensure that all positions are tracked from open to close.
+ Coordinate the posting of vacant positions, to include the revision and drafting of position requirements.
+ Serves as the POC for subcontractor staffing management, the subcontractor staffing portal, and all initial staffing questions from subcontractor staffing teams.
+ Liaises with Corporate Security Office and provides relevant updates regarding the onboarding/off-boarding of ManTech and teammate personnel.
+ Serves as the POC for employee new hire processing, onboarding, and out-processing.
+ Assists with the Program collaboration site(s)
+ Assist with basic user training on corporate applications for teammate personnel.
+ Performing basic trouble shooting and answering questions related to corporate applications for hiring managers and teammate personnel.
+ Maintaining and updating records and tracking databases
+ Using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve services.
+ Solving moderately complex problems taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
+ Local travel may be required between customers buildings
_Hours of coverage:_
+ Individual shift may vary, but you core hours will need to be covered, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Strong organizational knowledge of the customer space
+ Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
+ Strong interpersonal skills for teammate and employee interaction, and
+ Technical understanding of SharePoint portal management, administration/creation and updating
+ Two or more years of experience within the cleared government contracting environment.
+ Two or more years of experience defining position requirements and assisting with staffing plans.
+ Two or more years of experience mapping government labor categories to internal organizations categories
+ One or more years of experience as a resource manager on a program of 400+ staff
+ Self-motivated, organized, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
+ Must be a self-starter, work independently, and work with a clear and defined mission.
+ Ability to adapt to quickly changing tasks and requirements and the ability to quickly learn new skills while on the job.
+ Attention to detail, leadership, and collaborative and independent work process.
+ Must demonstrate ability to thrive and succeed in a challenging environment.
+ BA/BS and 7 years of experiences, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 11 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 3+ years direct knowledge of the customer’s operational environment, including (but not limited to) ticketing systems, desktop technologies, corporate applications, and voice and video infrastructure.
+ ITIL® v4 Foundation, or higher, certification
+ Experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITMB
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Security Clearance Requirements:
+ Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ Must be able to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices.
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
