Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post job advertisements across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless logistics.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and assist in developing job descriptions and requirements.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout all recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in HR, with a focus on recruitment or staffing.
• Bilingual Skills: Spanish-English proficiency is highly preferred, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Strengths: Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking and attention to detail.
