We are currently hiring for a full-time Staffing Coordinator (Monday-Friday and On-Call).  Duties: 

• Responsible for ensuring facility is adequately staffed for each work shift in order to comply with state and federal regulations.
• Organizes and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies. 
• Works with other departments in filling vacant positions to meet facility staffing requirements.
• Keeps attendance records 
• Responds to employee calls regarding scheduling issues, and prepares written correspondence as necessary. 

Qualifications:

• Previous staffing experience is required 
• Texas LVN certificates in this state of Texas
• Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members
• Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
• Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
