About the Job
Be Well Nursing Registry is hiring a full time Staffing Coordinator & Compliance Personnel, to assist on Daily Staffing, Answering Phone Call, calling facilities and Nurses. And as well as the Compliance Personnel to serve as a primary compliance contact to Healthcare facilities. You will work directly with Be Well Nurses Administrator to gain a strong understanding of our Client's Requirements and serve as a primary contact personnel with our Clinician to ensure that all requirements are met and the Clinician Starts their Per Diem or Travel Assignments on time. This is a fast paced job with meticulous detail and strict deadlines. The demand for Healthcare Providers is strong, you will play a critical role in ensuring that clinicians are compliant and able to provide the needs of Patients.
Job Responsibilities
· Ensure all booked assignments start on time among your clinicians
· Proactively identify client compliance requirements, set proper expectations among
clinicians and deliver.
· Persistent, ongoing follow up to ensure compliance standards are met by set deadline
· Receive, audit and save documents uniformly to Be Well Nursing internal systems
· Upload documents to online VMS portals including but not limited to: Aya, B4Health,
Shiftwise, Medefis, Expedient, Medefis, Stafferlink, Einstein and many more
· Monitor document expirations to ensure all documents on file are current
· Run sanctions, background checks and retrieve medical / drug screen results from clinic
locations
· Effectively communicate updates / statuses to Be well corporate team
· Identify opportunities to improve work-flow / processes and implement
· Achieve results and regularly surpass goals
· Positively add to corporate culture and work hard / have fun culture
Skills And Requirements·
- At least 1 - 2 years of proven success in compliance for a per diem & travel healthcare staffing agency.
- · Extensive experience effectively navigating VMS portals including, but not limited to:
Aya,B4Health, Medefis, Expedient, Stafferlinkr, Shiftwise, and other workforce. Strong sense of discipline and responsibility to achieve in an office work environment. Meticulously detailed, deadline driven and obsessed with delivering for others. Experience facilitating background checks, drug screens and other pre-employment requirements. Savvy in developing quality relationships and persuasive. Good listener who asks the right questions to better understand needs and delivery. Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize multiple urgent initiatives. Problem solving mentality and desire to consistently improve. Ability to effectively communicate verbally written and through databases.
