Home Care Staffing Coordinator - Bilingual - Spanish

Responsibilities - Include but not limited to

· Review client’s and staff schedules to ensure services provided are conducted to standard.

· Inform HHA’s (Home Healthcare Aids) of client’s plan of care.

· Responsible for performing intake of clients by obtaining sufficient information to ensure safe admission to agency service.

· Ensure agency compliance with all aspects and levels of Federal, State and local laws, regulations and standards.

· Process referrals and coordinate healthcare staff to meet client’s medical needs.

· Answers phone and direct calls to the appropriate party.

· Scans and faxes documents, meet and greet visitors.

· File documents as needed according to agency policy and HIPAA guidelines

· Attends staff meeting.

· Processes employment applications and sets up interviews as requested.

· Manage on-call rotation.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or Equivalent - Preferred.

· Minimum 1 year experience as a Staffing Coordinator/ Scheduler within a Home Healthcare setting.

· Able to utilize Microsoft Office software.

· Knowledge of Department of Labor and Department of Health rules and regulations.

· Ability to work and deal within a stressful environment.

· Bilingual – Spanish.

Compensation and Schedules

· Schedule – Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

· Compensation to be discussed.
