Staffing Consultant - Spherion

Work hours- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Maintain a sales-oriented mindset, consistently meeting and exceeding the expectations of Spherion clients.
Assess client needs and match them with appropriately skilled employees for flexible or full-time assignments.
Conduct quality control checks and arrival calls for all client orders.
Foster ongoing communication with established clients to drive successful business development and promote client and employee retention.
Actively seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Lead the recruitment process, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and overseeing new employee orientations for both flexible and direct hire positions.
Provide counseling and take corrective action as needed for flexible employees facing behavioral or performance issues.

Skills:
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Marketing background is a major plus!
Professional demeanor in all forms of communication: in-person, on the phone, and in written correspondence.

Qualifications:
Positive "can-do" attitude with a sense of humor.
Strong customer service focus with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
Proficiency in Google Suites, CRMs, and other computer skills.
