As the Staffing Branch Manager at our client, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that both client and candidate needs are met while maintaining a focus on business growth and team development. Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the staffing branch, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage staffing metrics, budgets, and branch resources to achieve business objectives and ensure profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. You’ll foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment where team members are motivated to exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring that staffing solutions align with their business needs. You’ll engage with clients regularly to understand their workforce challenges, provide strategic advice, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that the branch delivers high-quality candidates who meet client needs. You’ll collaborate with the recruitment team to manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement efforts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the branch’s client base and growing existing accounts. You’ll develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling staffing services.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, such as placement rates, revenue, profitability, and client retention. You’ll provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting areas of success and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that the branch operates in full compliance with industry regulations and company policies. You’ll manage risk by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements, safety standards, and best practices in staffing operations.

Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

- Proven success in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement. Experience working in fast-paced staffing agencies or recruitment firms is highly desirable.
