Remote Sales Account Executive (Staffing and Recruitment Solutions)
Are you a driven and experienced Sales Account Executive with a passion for staffing and recruitment solutions? We are seeking talented remote Staffing Sales Executives for an exciting opportunity.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in the staffing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of the Riverside, Inland Empire, and Orange County job market and business landscape is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential clients within the Riverside, Inland Empire, and Orange County areas, showcasing the benefits of partnering with our recruitment and staffing firm to fulfill their hiring needs.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique staffing requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans through cold calls and cold emails to drive business growth and expand our presence in target markets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Compensation:
