About the Job
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in system design, prototyping and motion design to enhance usability, creating unique design language connected to the brand.
- Knowledge of typography, color, prototype and visual storytelling.
- Ability to build partnerships with UX peers and cross-functional partners communicating recommendations, rationalizing design decisions and advocating for users needs.
- Ability to grow and deliver results in an ambiguous environment and distill processes into simple, clear user interactions.
- Portfolio demonstrating the command of visual design.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations and communicate to the level of the audience advocating for design strategy and approach to partners analyzing or anticipating user needs and problems that may have multiple solutions.
- Lead discovery phase of projects helping create innovative experience concepts by defining the design principles, creating a brand interface design system, defining the foundational experience framework and mapping key features and white space.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement designs and help to create design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends.
- Help elevate the overall design outcome of the team by providing guidance, meticulous feedback, and a design storytelling that is clear and exciting.
- Lead design, branding, graphic design, typography and motion and be an advocate of design inside and outside the team.
