Staff Tax Accountant - Apidel Technologies

Qualifications:
Start Time:9:00 AM
End Time:3:00 PM

B.S. in Accounting orequivalent experience in accounting required

Proficiency in Microsoft suiteof products required

Knowledge of CorpTax (orsimilar income tax compliance software) preferred

Knowledge of CorpTax Officeand CorpTax Planner a plus.

Responsibilities:

This position is for a StaffAccountant and is responsible for the following:

Calculation and filing ofquarterly estimates approximately 275 per quarter

Calculation and filing annualextensionsapproximately 275

Prepare and file quarterlyExcise tax returns PCORI, Superfund, FIT

Assist with e-filingtransmission of annual Corporate Income Tax returns

Assist with resolution ofState tax notices

Maintain/update the SIT statemodel each quarter in CorpTax (income tax compliance software)

Note from manager:

Hybrid2-3 days in the office.The Team is all in on Tuesday. The other 1-2 days is employee choice.

Currently, a long-termtemporary position. Could be permanent in the future if additional headcountapproved but no promises.

Hybrid 2-3 days in office25-30hours per week.

In the beginning, we may wantthem in the office on more day for training.
