As a Senior Solution Architect at you will be an integral part of the End-to-End Solution Architecture team within the Digital Technology Experience group. Our mission is to craft scalable architectures that drive world-class digital experiences. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping solution architecture across various domains, including People/HR/Learning/Training domains and Sales, and Partner engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze how people, processes, and technology interact within current and future workflows.
• Compile, deliver, and promote end-to-end solution architecture roadmaps that guide product and service evolution.
• Prepare visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality, and process flows, serving as a subject matter expert to guide technology strategy.
• Develop Microservices and API-based architectures, with deep knowledge of software solutions, tools, technologies, data acquisition, integration, web services, and SOA.
• Work with product teams to understand capability roadmaps and leverage technology to create solutions.
• Create architecture and technical design documents, including High-Level Solution Design documents and proofs-of-concept (POC).
• Drive detailed solution architecture discussions, gain alignment, build consensus and be the subject matter expert for the projects and products assigned
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
• Collaborate with Technology and Product Leadership Teams, Vendors, Partners, Developers, QA Testers, Enterprise Architecture team, Security, and Operations teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years progressive experience as a lead solution architect in a large and complex technology landscape.
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of building capabilities on Digital Enterprise Portals in at least 1-2 of the following domains:  People, HR, Training, Learning, Sales, Partner Management and eCommerce.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect and/or Certified Technical Architect preferred
• Experience in building large scalable systems on Web, Mobile, and Cloud ecosystems.
• A strong understanding of the ServiceNow Platform is a must
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence to drive presentations with VPs and above
• Led Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software enabled transformations with hands-on experience in solution design and implementation.
• Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow’s product suites is highly preferred.
• Expertise with modern programming languages (Node JS, React JS, HTML 5, Angular JS, CSS, Java).
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal) with varied audiences.
• Experience modeling “as-is” and “to-be” architectures based on product and business roadmaps.
• Experience in architecting scalable UI and/or API platforms is preferred.
• Experience in Cloud and digital technology strategies, information security/cybersecurity alignment, federated identity, complex event processing, and embedded real-time monitoring.
• Proficiency in architecture development, product development using Event-based architecture, and Microservices.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum-based models, system and design thinking approaches, data acquisition, integration, ETL, infrastructure, profiling, and reporting.
• Familiarity with web services implementations, service-oriented architectures, microservices architecture, Mobile Application Architecture Patterns, Mobile Application Security, Deployment, and Maintenance Strategies.
• Highly self-motivated, results-driven, team-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally
• TOGAF or related Certification preferred.
