Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff DevOps Engineer to further our DevOps initiatives and drive continuous integration, software delivery, and deployment. As a Staff DevOps
Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage our infrastructure and deployment pipelines, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems

• Identifyrequirementsanddeveloptoolstoenhancedeveloperproductivityinthebuild
  environment.
• Participateinanon-callrotationtosupporttheproductionbuildenvironment.
• Monitorandtroubleshootsystemandapplicationperformancetoensurehighavailabilityand
  reliabilityofproductionsystems.
• Providetechnicalguidanceandmentorshiptojuniorteammembers,fosteringacultureof
  continuouslearningandgrowth.
• Stayuptodatewithemergingtechnologiesandindustrytrends,evaluatingtheirpotential
  impactonourinfrastructureandrecommendingrelevantsolutions

Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of industry experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• 3+ years of experience with build tools such as Make, Cmake, Scons, or Bazel.
• 3+ years of experience with developing tools for software products
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including
  infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, GitHub
  Actions, or CircleCI.
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools such as Helm, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration
  frameworks such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or ELK Stack.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using languages such as Bash or Python
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
  cross-functional teams

Pay Disclosure:

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $186,000-$232,500 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)
