Creators can offer free memberships to fans looking to explore more of their work, paid memberships to give access to exclusive media and community, or sell directly to fans with Shops.Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class.
And we're leaders in that space, with:8B+ earned since Patreon's inception30M free new memberships in the first year of launching that option, and10M fans paying each month for exclusive access to creators' work and community.We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator products with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Staff Product Designerfor our Podcasting team to support our mission.This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.LINK TO AN ONLINE PORTFOLIO, AND PASSWORD IF APPLICABLE, IS REQUIREDAbout the RoleProactively discover company-level opportunities and help bring clarity and insight through high-fidelity prototypes and expert storytellingWork closely with Research, Product and Engineering to identify, plan, scope and execute end-to-end design solutionsWork across the entire design organization to develop innovative patterns and systems that are durable, repeatable and achieve a high standard for craftCreate, collaborate, and iterate on prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and key flowsContribute to the visioning, sequencing, tactics, and execution of a multi-phased overhaul of the productOwn, redefine, and ship key parts of the core Patreon productAbout You 7+ years of crafting end-to-end product design experiencesPortfolio with demonstrated evidence of shipping world-class customer experiences that have made a significant impact on business metricsDeep organization and execution skills, especially in collaboration with multiple stakeholdersExperience in design thinking methodologies to lead teams toward user-centered outcomesA deep commitment to craft & product excellenceA humble, collaborative, and service-oriented approach to your careerScrappiness & bias towards action: we’re building the future of creative independence and changing the way art is madeAbout PatreonPatreon powers creators to do what they love and get paid by the people who love what they do.
