About the Job
Staff Pharmacist
We are looking for full time and part time Pharmacists to provide high quality patient centered care services with a focus on quality measures. To supervise daily activities of support personnel. To promote cost-effective drug use and quality patient care. To improve professional skills and knowledge. Perform all job functions in a professional manner.
Schedule: 8 days on, 6 days off second shift (12-10pm) OR weekend option, 12hr shifts available.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Must hold a current Indiana license or hold a current license within another state and be licensed in Indiana within three (3) months of hire
- BLS required
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
