We are looking for talented, motivated and ambitious team members to revolutionize robotic surgery.About The Team:Noah’s Instruments and Accessories (I&A) Team is responsible for the development of endoluminal instruments and accessories that are safe, effective and on-time.

We continuously strive for win-win solutions that our customers love. Noah Medical I&A team members have the traditional role of design and prototyping but also take the lead on design requirements, specifications, design risk assessment, test methods, verification testing and more.

We welcome diverse thinkers and value both experience and fresh ideas.A Day In The Life Of Our Staff Mechanical Engineer, I&A:Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of endoluminal robotic endoscopes and instruments, including the preparation of technical, concept and drawing reviews for components and assembliesCreate and maintain design documentation including CAD models, detailed drawings, manufacturing instructions and other engineering models such as mathematical models or simulationsQuickly iterate and test product designs, factoring in testing requirements, potential rapid prototyping techniques and future at-scale manufacturing implicationsCollaborate with product, marketing and clinical teams to explore and refine requirements and establish clinically relevant test methodsWork closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams in order to proactively identify and mitigate integration challengesApply DFM/DFA principles to transition prototypes into production, resolving manufacturing and supply chain issues in collaboration with manufacturing engineers and techniciansChampion the Noah Medical culture, foster collaboration and support team developmentAbout You:B.S.
or M.S.
