Salary: $85k - $95k

Bay Area based boutique professional services firm seeks a Staff GL Accountant to assist with the accounting for construction and professional services based external clients. This role will review the transactional accounting entries and prepare the financial statements and customized reporting and analysis for external clients. This role will involve both accounting and analytical skills and be heavily involved with special projects to streamline and automate the processes across all clients. This role will be working onsite 4 days per week. Systems include QuickBooks and Bill.com. Growth potential to Senior Accountant.

Requirements:

•  BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field of study.
•  3+ years full cycle accounting experience through production of financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Requires someone who is eager to learn and to expand their experience.
• Experience in construction or professional services industry a plus, but not required.
• Requires an interest in process standardization and automation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
