Guidance/Tips & Recommendations from HM - the majority of the candidates that were submitted have a background and experience in Software Quality Assurance/Software based verification and validation. These candidates are not the ideal profile for the role that we have open. They might be really experienced in the field of SW V&V but what I really need is someone who has a ton of experience and skills in the mechanical and electrical hardware design verification and validation testing.
REMINDER OF REQUIREMENTS - - The HM is targeting candidates who have the following (CANDIDATES SUBMITTED MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS)
- IEC 60601: Product Safety Standards for Medical Devices
- 10+ years of experience.
- REQUIRED - 5 years working at a company in the Medical Device Industry. (He does not want to see any resumes less than 5 years. Please identify company that qualifies in your submission notes)
- Experience and understands statistical analysis and engineering strategies.
- Is able to understand how to complete the technical responsibilities, understands why they exist and the purpose and can master the planning and preparation stages of executing the goal.
- Is well versed enough to be a mentor and teach others.
- REQUIRED - Has experience with Class 2 and Class 3 Devices
- REQUIRED - Has completed at least one project of Design Validation vs Verification for Med Device Development and dissemination test validation cycle.
- If a candidate has a series of contract work in their work history, this worker will need to provide solid examples of how they fulfilled their project from start to finish.
- A huge plus would be experience with fusion pumps!
INTERVIEW PROCESS -
NEW STEP FOR SCHEDULING A DIRECT HIRE PLACEMENT CANDIDATE:
**For any direct hire candidates that are approved by Stacy and selected to interview with Jodi - Stacy will be providing a link to the supplier and the candidate - this link is help the candidate schedule their interview with Jodi. As a requirement - the candidate must be the individual who uses the link and schedules their interview. Jodi does NOT want the suppliers to schedule an interview upon the behalf of the candidate.)
- First interview will be a M-teams with Jodi for 30 mins.
- Second Teams interview will be with just the hiring manager, this will be for 30-45 minutes.
- Final interview is an onsite interview (will consider a M-teams if candidate is unable to make it onsite) with a panel.

B/C, Drug Screen and Physical Test, specific for this role:
- Background Check is REQUIRED: JG 3Plus (Sterling Portal)
- NO DRUG SCREEN REQUIRED
- NO PHYSICAL TEST REQUIRED
