We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking team member to join our engineering team and be at the forefront of innovation. As a core member, you will work with multi-domain autonomous systems, engage in rapid prototyping, and collaborate on a cross-functional team. You will play a pivotal role in the design, development, testing, experimentation, and deployment of those multi-domain autonomous systems. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter’s effectiveness through the application of cutting-edge drone technologies. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Staff Electrical Engineer to join our team in Crane, IN .
This position is Hybrid .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Iterative design.
· Research, design, develop, and test electrical systems.
· Define customer needs and requirements.
· Contribute to Integrated Assessment Reports
· Work closely with highly collaborative cross-functional team.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Experience modeling and simulating electrical systems.
· 2 to 5 years of experience
· Bachelor of Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
· Familiarity with Agile principles.
Clearance Requirements:
· Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
· The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
