Staff Development Coordinator (Full-time)

Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is searching for experienced, caring & dependable applicants to join our TEAM as a Staff Development Coordinator.

Available shifts: Days- hours may vary based on facility needs.

• Experience in this field (Staff Development) and possess quality skills to motivate and mentor other nursing staff to provide quality care to our residents.
• Possess active Delaware RN License, in good standing.
• Must have experience working with residents, in a Short/Long Term atmosphere.
• Flexible & open to helping others.
• Be able to successfully pass all pre-employment background & drug tests.

Purpose of this position:The purpose of the Staff Development Coordinator is to provide an effective program to monitor the quality of care provided to residents in the facility. Provide and effective program of orientation and staff development. PCC training & education for staff.
