Job Description: Staff Compliance Analyst
Primary Purpose of Position
The overall objective of the Audit and Assurance Division is to assist all levels of management and the Audit Committee by providing independent analysis, appraisals, advice, and recommendations concerning the activities reviewed. The purpose of the Lead Compliance Analyst role is to perform program integrity assessments related to the usage requirements of the Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity Programs. The Lead Compliance Analyst will also provide oversight of the Staff Compliance Analysts.
Scope of Work
• Performing assessments to determine compliance with applicable FCC rules and requirements.
• Preparing clear and concise workpapers and other communications to document the procedures performed and exceptions identified.
• Communicating status and results, in oral or written format, to program participants and management.
• Performing project management duties over individual workload.
• Assisting in other special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Three (3) to Four (4) years of directly related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant technical training and certifications.
