Staff Attorney, Technology Transactions Group - Top Tier Reps LLC

Job Description Summary:

Our client is seeking a full-time Staff Attorney to join their team in either Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or New York. This role is focused on providing high-quality, efficient review for M&A transactions within their Technology Transactions group. The team handles complex and innovative technology transactions for leading technology, entertainment, and life sciences companies across the United States. This position will work closely with the corporate group, which is consistently ranked among the top IPO and M&A practices in the U.S. Please note that this is a non-partnership track position.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing a broad range of agreements related to M&A and financing transactions.
• Preparing written summaries, disclosure schedules, and managing document databases.
• Communicating key results to team members and project leaders.
• Organizing and tracking due diligence materials, requests, and responses.

Qualifications:

• Active bar admission in the state where you are applying.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience at a large law firm with expertise in licensing, commercial contracts, and M&A.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, iManage, or other document management software.
• Strong written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure with minimal supervision.

Benefits and Compensation Details:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 USD. The actual base salary will depend on various factors, including qualifications, relevant experience, education level, certifications, professional licenses, and location of the applicant.
