Job Title: Staff Associate
Job Summary: Assist the President and work with other staff to fulfill daily objectives. Some computer experience helpful.
Part Time position that pays $16,000 to $30,000 per year. No weekends or holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Create and maintain files and records
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Manage and order office supplies
Assist with the planning and coordination of events
Conduct research and gather information as needed
Provide general administrative support as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
