About the Job
L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as Staff Analyst.
- Handles and resolves all day-to-day recruitment and on-boarding issues. Acts as a power-user in the administration of PeopleSoft HRIS System. This includes developing and running routine and ad-hoc reports, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product and inputting data as required. Completes employment position management related transactions in PeopleSoft as well as assists in the preparation of job descriptions.
- Create jobs in PeopleSoft system.
- Assist on the recruitment process.
- Provide direct support to service internal clients by phone and email.
- Pre-screen resumes for interviews.
- Create and maintain various programs and database for departmental activities.
- Provide various recruitment and employment reports from PeopleSoft as required.
- Assist other employees in normal duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college, and a minimum of two years of recruitment experience OR Associate's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college, and a minimum of four years of extensive recruitment experience
- A minimum of two years in Human Resources Generalist roleĀ
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Word
- Proficient in PeopleSoft 9.2 System
- Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously
- Ability to respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate well and deal effectively with agency personnel
