About the Job
The selected candidates under supervision will assist the Department of Buses Engineering Unit with all the administration task required. Support the design team and construction team in monitor project updates. Draft Task Order agreements and memorandums.
Track and update master spreadsheets and internal databases. Assist in timekeeping related tasks. Reconcile Task Order issues by acting as a liaison between Consultants and internal groups/departments.
A bachelor's or a master's degree from an accredited college or university in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor and resources development, political science, or urban studies, doctor degree from an accredited law school
May be required to travel between client sites. The consultant shall provide safety shoes, at personal cost, which must meet client guidelines and specifications when participating in any field activities.
Two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in one or a combination of the following areas: working with the budget of a large public or private concern in contract administration and project management
