Staff Administrative Assistant - Global Channel Management, Inc.

Staff Administrative Assistant needs 2 years experience in administrative role
Staff Administrative Assistant requires:
Associates Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
2 years of experience in administrative or similar roles
Proficiency use of Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
Staff Administrative Assistant duties:
Answers, screens and directs telephone calls, recording and distributing telephone messages accurately.
Utilizes the PC and mainframe for word processing, database applications and basic spreadsheets.
Sort and distribute mail, operates office equipment, including facsimile machine, photocopier, etc.
Prepares reports and correspondence for appropriate management and departments.
Make appointments and travel arrangements.
Process invoices, expense statements and check requests.
Assist with special projects as requested
Execute administrative tasks for the plant managers" staff
Orders and coordinates lunches and plant visits accordingly
Generates and keeps track of employee badges, accesses and works with Safety and Security as needed
Coordinates employee appreciation days and events as required
Supports the needs of the plant manager as needed
Other duties as assigned
