Staff Accountant – Hybrid in DC

About the Company and Opportunity:

• Our client is a long-standing non-profit in DC!
• Due to leave, they are hiring an Staff Accountant in their DC office.
• Duration: 3-4 months
• Position is remote and part-time (20 hours a week).
• Pay: $30-33/hr

Overview of the Staff Accountant role:

• Accounts Payable
• Bank Reconciliations and Journal Entries
• Recording deposits into Sage Intacct
• Assisting with the audit
• Ad hoc projects/reporting

Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in Sage Intacct, bill.com, Paylocity is a plus
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

MinSalary: USD50000
