A growing South Bay organization is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, P&L analysis, accruals, and AR reconciliations. What do you need for this Staff Accountant role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Record prepaids, fixed and intangible assets, liabilities, and other accounts
- Maintain the general ledger
- Support month-end close
- Ad-hoc reporting
- Assist with process improvements
- Assist with special company projects
- Paid overtime
