Location: Onsite in Columbus, OH
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare and analyze financial data to generate entries for general ledger and journal accounts.
• Support the month-end closing process by ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Review and analyze financial records detailing assets, liabilities, and equity.
• Prepare key financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and projections that outline the company's financial position.
• Assist with invoicing and billing functions to ensure timely transactions.

Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi is a plus
