Responsibilities

• Prepare clients accounting records using quickbooks online or Thomson Reuters Accounting Software.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile accounts and review discrepancies to maintain precise financial data.
• Assist clients with accounting inquiries and support them in understanding financial reports.
• Prepare tax returns for S-Corporations, Partnerships and individuals.
• Collaborate with senior accountants to develop and implement effective accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting setting.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
