Staff Accountant at Atrium

Our client is a trusted advisor to many executives for long-term planning. They are seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$70k – $90k plus 10% Bonus

Position Overview:

Owing to expansion, the Staff Accountant position is a recent addition to the group. In addition to supporting reporting initiatives, the Staff Accountant will guarantee that financial records are correct and current.

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

• Keep accurate accounting records.
• Carry out account reconciliations and get paperwork ready for tax, audit, and evaluation reasons.
• Provide support in the creation of operational, financial, and special reports.
• Precise documentation of monetary exchanges and assistance with month-end and annual closing protocols.
• Assist with Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable (AP & AR).

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Requires prior job experience in a professional services organization.
• A solid command of Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• ERP systems experience is beneficial.
• Analytical and adept at solving issues.
• Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Deadline-driven and enthusiastic about a hectic work environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
