Staff Accountant - Ajulia Executive Search

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including the creation of journal entries.
• Conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in inventory balances and fixed assets.
• Independently preparing and validating internal management reports to ensure completeness and precision.
• Collaborating with department personnel to gather necessary explanations and support for account balances.
• Managing pricing and costing for house packages, including new homes and modifications to existing ones.
• Calculating and tracking rebates, ensuring contracts are reviewed and earned rebates are properly collected.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy in work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
