We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our international telecommunications company. You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting duties, including Accounts Payable, Payment Processing, Vendor Invoicing, Mail Runs, Journal Entries, P&L Analysis, and more.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing the full cycle of Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor communication.
2. Conducting regular mail runs to ensure timely and accurate distribution of invoices and financial documents.
3. Preparing and posting journal entries to the general ledger, ensuring accurate representation of the company’s financial position.
4. Performing P&L Analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and providing these insights to the management team.
5. Maintaining financial security by adhering to internal controls and verifying documentation.
6. Using Microsoft Excel and NetSuite for various financial analyses and reporting tasks.
7. Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the Telecom sector.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with NetSuite or a similar accounting software.
4. Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable, Payment Processing, Vendor Invoicing, and Journal Entries.
5. Solid understanding of P&L Analysis.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
