What You'll Do:

• Process invoices, track accounts receivable (AR), and manage contract compliance.
• Reconcile monthly balance sheets, analyze profit and loss (P&L) reports, and handle month-end journal entries.
• Generate financial reports and support audits.
• Contribute to financial tracking, GAAP compliance, and ad hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with strong Excel skills.
• Skills: Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Bonus Points: Experience with Business Central and Cosmos, a healthcare background, or contract management knowledge (preferred but not required).
