The mission of PHC is to provide comprehensive primary health care, such as pediatrics, internal medicine, OB/GYN, dental, mammography, behavioral health, pharmacy, radiology, podiatry and laboratory services, to meet the health needs of the entire community. Responsibilities:

• Prepares journal Entries to post to the ledger on monthly basis
• Post cash receipts to the general ledger on the daily basis
• Prepare bank reconciliation's on assigned bank accounts
• Analyze assigned general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy of coding and account balances and prepares account reconciliation on monthly basis
• Assist Senior Accountant in the preparation of monthly financial statements and other financial reports
• other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from an accredited college or university
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting

Preferred:

• Experience with Great Plains Software
• Non-profit experience
