Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 1-3 years of accounting experience.
Prepare and maintain supporting schedules for financial statements, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
Reconcile bank accounts, handle account discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Assist with sales tax reconciliations, monthly sales tax returns, and collaborate on budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Perform journal entries, support accounts payable/receivable functions, and contribute to the annual audit process.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) with a focus on detail-oriented, analytical problem-solving.
CPA certification or progress towards it is a plus; experience with financial reporting and tax compliance preferred.
