About the Job
- Product line income statements, allocations, and analysis
- General Ledger reconciliations: AR/AP and bank account reconciliations
- Daily cash balance preparation
- Monthly production of income statements and related schedules for monthly manager meeting
- As a Staff Accountant, you will provide analysis of various general ledger accounting information and identify significant variances
- Revenue Accruals from meeting with project managers
- Prep various workpapers for auditors at year end and bank audit
Requirements:
- Four-year Business/Accounting degree
- Experience (2-3 years); A plus if in Construction and/or Equipment rental industries
- Proficient communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and PC skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 especially Excel and Word
- Experience with SAGE100 accounting software a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
