POSITION PURPOSE: We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Accounting and Finance team in Skokie, IL. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in a career in accounting and wants to join an organization that will provide opportunities for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of variance analysis on monthly financial statements

• Assist in the month end close, including preparation of journal entries

• Preparation of bank and balance sheet reconciliations

• Assist in the year-end process such as gathering data for Cost reports and further analyzing balance sheets for accuracy

• Review AP invoices to ensure payment and coding accuracy

• Ad hoc projects as needed
