Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Enter bills received in bill.com
- Entering Daily Cash Deposits
- Daily entries and reconciliations as needed
- Updating accounts payable and perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist in the timely preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual closings
- Assist with other accounting projects as assigned
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
- G/L Detail reporting support
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accountant, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- QuickBooks Online
