Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Enter bills received in bill.com
• Entering Daily Cash Deposits
• Daily entries and reconciliations as needed
• Updating accounts payable and perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist in the timely preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual closings
• Assist with other accounting projects as assigned
• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
• G/L Detail reporting support
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• QuickBooks Online
