About the Job
We at E57 Partners are looking for professionals to be a Staff Accountant for our client in the real estate industry. This position will office out of their Mid-Cities office between Dallas and Ft. Worth location and is an onsite role.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Solid experience with monthly close, GAAP, and financial reporting
- Strong Excel skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- AppFolio experience a plus
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Journal entries and accruals
- General ledger/complex reconciliations
- Month-end closing duties
- Financial reporting of smaller fund entities
- Cash management reports
- Cash management activities
- Light accounts payable
- Audit preparation
- Monthly bank statement reconciliation
- Quarterly tax report reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all financial data and reports
- Ad hoc reporting as required
