Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting
Strong Excel skills
Strong proficiency in Quickbooks, SAP
Strong analytical skills
Job Duties:
- Perform accounts payable, cash management, general accounting, accounts receivable, inventory to iand nclude but not be limited or subject to:
- Accounts Payable: Daily posting of vendor invoices; coordinate with vendor on payment issues. Participate in online bank payments for vendors (Wire, ACH initiation).
- Cash Management: Timely deposit of check receipts per Company policy.
- Accounts Receivable: Posting of daily invoices for completed sales (and Credit Memos as needed); responsible for collection efforts on delinquent receivables.
- Inventory: Perform proper recording of inventory transactions resulting from the billing process.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
