Staff Accountant

Location: Phoenix, AZ (in-office)

Well-established, phoenix-based organization with a reputation for excellence seeks a Staff Accountant to join their team. The incumbent will report directly to the CFO and is responsible for preparation of financial accounting data to support the accounting team accounting team.

Duties

· Bank & credit care reconciliations

· Journal entries

· Creating invoices

· Receiving & applying payments

· Accounts Payable

· Discrepancy research and Resolve

· Vendor relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in QuickBooks En
